InfyStrat Academy is a registered Skills Development Provider (SDP) providing learning and development in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) industry. The academy is in the process of acquiring Institutional Accreditation with the Media Information Communication and Technologies, Sector Education and Training Authority (MICT – Seta).

PURPOSE

The purpose of the academy is to develop and harness critical ICT skills for individuals and organisations in order to participate confidently in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).

VISION

Our vision is to provide quality training and development which allow our clients to earn credits towards registered national qualifications on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF), notwithstanding the acquiring of internationally recognised qualifications.

OBJECTIVE

Our objective is to empower people with skills that will allow them to readily enter the job-market, prepare them for employability and or becoming self-employed (entrepreneurs).

OUR SERVICES

We offer and render the following services with strict guidelines under the prescribed skills development legislation:

• Graduate Internship Programme (GIP)
• Programme Management Office (PMO) implementation of learning interventions
• Workplace Mentoring and Coaching arrangements

LEARNING PROGRAMMES

Our learning programmes are strictly ICT oriented with special emphasis on the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) requirements. The learning programmes are focusing on the applications of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The learning programmes are structured and linked to the Industry demands such as:

 System Development  Technical Support  Artificial Intelligence  Cyber Security  Internet of Things  Robotic Process Automation (RPA)  Data Science  Virtual Reality (VR) & Augmented Reality (AR)

We believe the above areas of learning will change the way in which we live and work and relate with one another in the current and developing environment.
Our priority remains job-creation and retraining of the current workforce in order to prepare for the digital age. The reality is robots, machines learning and automation will flourish in the workforce.
